Qualifications

• Experience leading a workshop or manufacturing cell.
• Proficient in CNC programming and tool setting.
• Familiar with inspection equipment and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 17-machine CNC workshop and a team of 24.
• Allocate programming tickets and supervise production and quality.
• Hands-on role with approx. 80% management and 20% programming.
• Write G-code and transfer programs for repeat jobs.
