Job summary

Kiyo Engineering in Redhill, RH1 5NB, is seeking two CNC Machine Operators to join our team. You will prepare and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, milling and turning, loading materials, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality standards.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with an evening-shift pattern; on-site parking is provided and access requires a vehicle. Prior CNC experience is welcome but not essential as training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning etc.
• Preparing and loading raw materials and parts into the machines
• Inspecting and measuring finished products and comparing them with technical and quality requirements
• De-burring and cleaning of finished parts as necessary
• Emptying swarf trays as appropriate
• Ensuring that every machine procedure is undertaken in accordance with the company guidelines
• Ensuring all machines operated throughout the day together with surrounding work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Strictly adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Demonstrating a strong team approach ensuring clear communication with colleagues at all levels
• Adhering to SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - 2 positions available

Location: Redhill, RH1 5NB

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Shift Patterns: 2 Available

Hybrid Evening (Apply online only) Mon-Thurs (40h/week) - 3 breaks 15/30/15 - x1 Vacancy

Please note due to the office location access to your own vehicle is required as the office is not readily accessible via public transport, free parking is provided on site.
