Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Setter/Operator looking to join a forward-thinking engineering company where quality, precision and innovation are at the heart of everything they do? Our client specialises in precision-engineered components for industries including automotive, aerospace and medical. Due to continued growth and investment in new technology, they're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join their dedicated team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components
• Working from technical drawings and job specifications
• Performing tool changes, offsets and adjustments to maintain accuracy
• Conducting quality checks using precision measuring instruments
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator
• Experience with Fanuc controls (experience on other CNC control systems such as Siemens, Mazak or Haas will also be considered)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
