Job summary

A well-established manufacturing facility in Coseley is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to program, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls. Candidates must have at least 5 years of proven experience and recognized qualifications in CNC programming. This hands-on role offers competitive pay, a 4% monthly performance bonus, and the opportunity to work with high precision components. Flexible day shifts and overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter Operator in manufacturing.
• Experience with exotic materials and in the fastener industry is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Edit programmes using G-Codes and adjust offsets.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
