Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Grinder in Bideford with a 4-day week and ongoing specialist training. You will grind microns across plastics, steel and copper in a state-of-the-art workshop, with overtime paid at a premium rate and a clear progression path.

The role offers a competitive salary (£55,000 - £58,000) plus training and a company bonus as the business continues to expand its skilled manufacturing workforce.

Responsibilities

• CNC grinding of steel, copper and plastic
• Specialist training on programming
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Overtime available
