Responsibilities

Lead CMES-related projects, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and maximize CMES value.
Act as CMES SME for Assembly Operations and provide best practices guidance.
Translate business needs into solution designs, testing plans, and implementations.
Work with global teams, vendors, and plant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Support resolution of critical production-impacting issues as required.
