A luxury hotel group is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager in Edinburgh. You will drive the sales strategy for our two fabulous hotels, leading a proactive sales team focused on corporate and group bookings. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, along with a proven hotel sales background and familiarity with the Edinburgh market. Generous salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits provided.

Two of the most exciting Hotels in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to drive the sales strategy in the city.
Malmaison Edinburgh City, our luxury boutique hotel in the centre of Edinburgh, has 72 stunning bedrooms and suites, Chez Mal Brasserie and Bar, and a comfortable private dining room.
Malmaison Edinburgh, the original Malmaison, is set in the historic Leith waterfront and still close to the city centre by tram or bus. We offer flexible meeting and event space, 100 bedrooms including suites, and our Chez Mal Brasserie and Bar.
Individually these Hotels are a mouth‑watering opportunity for a driven, target‑focused Sales Manager but together they bring amazing opportunities to sell two fabulous hotels to the Edinburgh market and beyond.
You will be leading a small proactive sales team with a focus on corporate and group rooms, meetings and events.
Alongside the General Managers you will produce and maintain the Sales and Marketing plans for both hotels.
You will need to be analytical, with strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills. You will have a proven background within a hotel sales environment and ideally know the Edinburgh market.
You will be a pro‑active individual who is looking for a new challenge and someone understands that this job isn’t working in an office 9-5.
