Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cluster HR Executive to join Lighthouse Hotel Management to support our fabulous teams at The Reach, Manchester Piccadilly & The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employment relations cases as and when required.
  • Panage the monthly payroll process.
  • Support Training and Development and strengthen our Learning & Development Strategy.
  • Write and deliver training content.
  • Coach Heads of Department when they have employee relations issues.
  • Implement current regulation compliance and policies and procedures.
  • Inspire a culture of coaching and mentoring throughout the business.
  • Focus on employee engagement and staff wellbeing.
  • Support all areas of the business with talent management, planning for the future and help to keep staff turnover to a minimum.
  • Demonstrate an ability to get the best out of people and build effective working relationships across all departments and stakeholders.
  • Lead, multi‑task and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
The Successful Candidate
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice and the ability to support all areas of the business.
  • Previous industry experience within hospitality or retail is desired but not essential.
  • Experience of researching, developing and implementing HR related policies, procedures and practices.
  • Previous team management experience required. Able to manage, lead and develop members of the team and extended team.
  • Highly motivated with a flexible approach to work.
  • Organised, disciplined, confident and personable – a highly professional individual with a focus on confidentiality.
