As Cluster Hotel Sales Manager you will work within the cluster area to promote and sell your cluster hotels as well as the wider regional group of hotels in the portfolio and Aimbridge group of hotels to local clients. Focusing on Corporate customers, Meetings & Group buyers, and relevant agents.
You will seek out new business revenue opportunities and develop existing accounts to achieve increased revenue and market share. Your aim is to drive the growth in revenue and market share across the managed segments for the hotels in your cluster and regional group.
Cluster Sales Managers are expected to employ an organised, planned, and strategic approach to account management, revenue generating activities and customer engagement and brand activity to achieve clear supported business results. The role is measured through key sales metrics and KPIs including monthly revenue and opportunity reporting.
Overseeing the Mercure Livingston and Mercure Perth Hotel , you will be required to commute between these locations and to client meetings. As such access to your own transport will be required.
