Job Description

We're Hiring: Cluster EYFS Lead (Part-Time, 3 Days)

Ready to make a real impact across multiple schools? GLF Schools is looking for an inspiring EYFS leader to drive high-quality early years practice across our curriculum and pedagogy cluster.

In this rare leadership opportunity, you will:

  • Shape and implement an ambitious, evidence‑based EYFS curriculum
  • Coach and empower school leaders to raise outcomes
  • Champion inclusive practice, with a strong focus on SEND and disadvantaged pupils
  • Work collaboratively across schools in Caterham, Redhill, Crawley & Horsham

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is teacher‑trained with extensive EYFS experience
  • Has proven leadership and school improvement expertise
  • Can coach, inspire and influence practice across settings
  • Is flexible, collaborative and ready to travel within the cluster
