Job summary

A luxury health club in Central London is seeking a Club Manager to lead the leisure team and oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 fitness qualification and at least 2 years' experience in the fitness or leisure sector, preferably in high-end facilities. Club Manager - Central London

We're recruiting for a Club Manager to head up a luxury residential health club in a Central London development. If you have experience in Health Club sector with experience in high end facilities and excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As Club Manager, you'll be the face and engine of the facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the leisure team to deliver a five-star experience to residents and guests.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations: pool and spa operations, treatments, personal training, classes, maintenance, health & safety.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, developing the resident experience, building relationships with external practitioners and suppliers.
  • Driving revenue: achieving sales targets (memberships, PT, treatments), seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Managing quality control, performance reporting, compliance with finance and operational procedures.

You'll be hands-on, proactive, and motivated to deliver excellence in every aspect.

What You Bring
  • A Level 3 fitness qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in the fitness/leisure sector, ideally with exposure to luxury or high-end facilities.
  • Experience with pool or pool-plant operations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Comfortable with the administrative side: reporting, schedules, budgeting etc.
  • A leadership style that inspires, motivates, and pushes standards up.
  • Emergency responder qualifications (or willing to obtain)

Salary - £35K per year + opportunity for PT commission
