We design and operate state-of-the-art padel clubs offering coaching, tournaments, and a vibrant social scene for players of all levels. With venues already established in Preston and new sites opening in Bolton and Blackpool, we aim to make padel in the UK accessible, exciting, and community-driven.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager located in Blackpool. The Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, plan and execute events, and ensure the club’s facilities are well maintained. This role will also involve marketing, promoting club activities, and building a strong community presence. The Club Manager will be responsible for scheduling coaching sessions, tournaments, and social events, as well as ensuring excellent customer service to all club members.

Qualifications
  • Experience in facility management, staff supervision, and operations management
  • Strong organizational skills, planning, and coordination abilities
  • Marketing and promotional skills, ability to engage the community and grow club membership
  • Customer service experience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or interest in padel or similar sports is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Relevant degree or certification in sports management, business, or related fields is preferred
