ROLE: CLUB CONTENT CO-ORDINATOR
TYPE: PERMANENT
LOCATION: CELTIC PARK, GLASGOW
Founded in 1888, Celtic Football Club is one of the world’s most iconic and successful football clubs. Based in Glasgow, we are proud of a heritage built on community, success, and social responsibility.
The club was established with a powerful purpose—to help alleviate poverty in Glasgow’s East End. That founding mission continues to inspire everything we do today, shaping our values and driving our commitment to making a positive impact both on and off the pitch.
We’re looking for a creative and proactive content creator to bring the stories behind Celtic Football Club to life. You’ll identify, develop and deliver engaging club news and digital content, helping supporters and wider audiences discover more about our activities, achievements and the people who make them happen.
Working closely with our supporter engagement, multimedia, communications and marketing teams, you’ll turn stories from across the club into compelling content. You’ll also collaborate with our Media Production department to develop content supporting meaningful fan engagement.
This is an opportunity to combine your storytelling skills with your understanding of football and digital media, helping supporters connect with the work of Celtic Football Club beyond the pitch.
Experience within a professional football club, sports organisation, media organisation or high-profile consumer brand would be an advantage, as would experience coordinating video or multimedia production, using digital analytics tools, and knowledge of Celtic’s history, identity, supporters and wider media environment. A relevant qualification in journalism, communications, media, marketing or a related discipline is desirable, although relevant professional experience and demonstrable ability will be considered equally.
