We’re builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Where you belong:

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Quality Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing test cases to support the overall solution release process. The QA function works collaboratively with all participants in software deployment projects. You must be able to work independently on complex issues and collaborate efficiently with experts to anticipate issues that impact customer success.

You will participate in the overall Release Management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing test cases for releases in each Cloud Landscape for multiple applications across various portfolios. The releases can include application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades or migrations. You will work closely with Release Management Teams to identify defects, track defect remediation, and include software or solution updates required to resolve issues in future release plans.

What you’ll build:
  • Execute test cases under varying circumstances
  • Document and evaluate test results
  • Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches
  • Track defects and help troubleshoot errors
  • Review test procedures and develop test scripts
  • Willingness to support on‑call rotation schedule
What you bring:
  • 2–6 years of QA or release management experience (solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in information systems operations environment, solution support and management, or development
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional tasks to completion
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Advanced time‑management and process‑adherence skills
  • Advanced knowledge of analysis and trace tools across multiple applications
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Security Clearance:

Due to the potentially classified nature of our work you are required to subject yourself to a governmental security clearance process and employment will be conditional on obtaining clearance.
