Job summary

Jam Management Consultancy ltd's client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own multiple customer technology projects across Software, SaaS, Cloud and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on delivery role that values building strong customer relationships and keeping complex projects on track.

You will manage initiation to delivery, oversee timelines, budgets, risks and change, and coordinate with customers, development and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven technology project management experience.
• Background in Software, SaaS, Cloud or UCaaS.
• Good understanding of the SDLC and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Own timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change control.
• Coordinate with customers, software development and technical teams.
• Support bids, pre-sales and customer presentations.
• Keep customers informed and projects moving.
