Qualifications

• Experience with web protocols, common security attacks, and remediation (non-internship).
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.
• Experience in application security architecture, security code reviews, or incident response.
• Experience with coding/scripting in one or more languages like Python, C, C++, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews for new and existing services to evaluate security risks.
• Identify attack vectors and security weaknesses through threat-modelling exercises.
• Coordinate penetration testing to validate security controls and identify vulnerabilities.
• Document, track, and communicate security findings to service teams.
• Advise development teams on secure coding practices and data protection strategies.
• Identify and escalate high-severity issues through appropriate channels.
• Maintain clear documentation of review outcomes and risk assessments.

Skills

Experience with web protocols and common security attacks

Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities

Experience in application security architecture

Experience with coding/scripting (Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, PowerShell)

Education
