Job summary

MindSolve Consulting seeks a senior leader to drive large GCP transformation programs and manage CxO-level client relationships in a dynamic, complex environment.

The role requires extensive program delivery experience, cloud strategy, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through hybrid-Waterfall/Agile processes to realize benefits and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive program management in complex environments (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Fluent English; strong communication skills across executive levels.
• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience in a technical domain.
• Master in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large GCP transformation programs and maintain CxO-level client relationships.
• Deliver large transformation programs and drive outcomes across stakeholders.
• Develop cloud adoption acceleration strategies and roadmaps.
• Plan and deliver GCP solutions with solid governance and benefit realization.
• Build trusted relationships with CxO/Board-level executives and senior sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with structured planning and execution.
