Job summary

A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced technical professional to support the configuration and ongoing enhancement of a leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with cloud-based PLM technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a hybrid work model with two days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based PLM technologies.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle principles in a digital environment.
• Familiarity with API integrations and test cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for enterprise PLM tools.
• Manage configuration and support for a cloud-based PLM solution.
• Deliver post-deployment support including hypercare services.

Skills

Hands-on experience with cloud-based PLM technologies

Understanding of product lifecycle principles

Experience in configuring and supporting PLM systems

Familiarity with API integrations

Proficiency in developing custom reports
