• 2+ years’ experience in a Technical Operations / SRE role.
• Experience in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Any experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for detected issues.
• Identify gaps in Ops monitoring and implement solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and test new software/updates.
• Create and update documentation for Ops knowledge base.
