Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and define architectures for enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions. You will lead technical delivery from early design through go-live, collaborating with UK and India teams and with engagement managers and account executives.

This role blends technical leadership, business acumen, and stakeholder collaboration, with exposure to TOGAF/SAFe and container-based microservices. Hybrid working across Capgemini offices and client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of AWS for delivery of cloud-native solutions.
• Strong background in open-source technologies and frameworks; API-centric architecture, and experience of designing scalable, resilient and secure applications.
• Microservice-based architectures using domain driven design, event sourcing patterns and containerisation technologies
• Exposure to and some experience of working with structured architecture approaches such as TOGAF or SAFe

Responsibilities

• Work on some of the most leading edge cloud-native architectures in development today.
• Take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions & defining the right architectural approach.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to ensure our solutions are built to reflect your solution vision and make the best use of current development practices.
• Be a trusted technology adviser to our clients as well as to Capgemini colleagues.
