Job summary

La Fosse is seeking several .NET Developers for an industry-leading e-commerce site on an initial 6-month transformation project. The role requires visiting the city-based office three times per week as part of a hybrid model and is outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong software engineering background in C#/.NET
• Experience migrating services to cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Familiarity with best practices: testing, clean code, maintainability
• Cloud skills: ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, S3, security-related AWS services
• IaC experience: Terraform preferred
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Migrate services from on-prem to cloud-native platform on AWS
• Support data-store migration to AWS-hosted solutions
• Collaborate with existing engineering teams who own the services
• Read, write, and review production-quality code
• Apply standard software engineering practices (testing, clean code, maintainability)
