Job summary

Accenture’s London-based Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering practice focuses on hybrid cloud infrastructure for large enterprise clients. The team provides full lifecycle cloud and infrastructure services from strategy to large technology implementations.

The role involves architecting, delivering, and governing both on-premises and cloud platforms, with emphasis on cloud migration, automation, and resilience. Expect travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven success in infrastructure architecture, engineering and delivery teams.
• Experience in design, build, and management of datacenters, networks, compute and storage.
• Cloud migrations, operations and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security/resilience (DR, HA, Backup).
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization and container platforms, and automation tooling.

• Participate in teams to architect, engineer, operate and govern on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Develop and deliver strategies and solutions including provisioning, configuring, managing, migrating and automating platforms.

Accenture’s Infrastructure Consultants provide consulting, delivery management, project execution, and technical expertise to partner with our clients to plan, analyse, design, test, and deploy enterprise scale end-to-end hybrid cloud transformation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in teams to architect, engineer, operate and govern on-premises and cloud solutions
• Develop and deliver strategies and solutions – including architecting, provisioning, configuring, managing, migrating and automating platforms on premise and in the cloud.
• Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.
