Qualifications

• Strong experience across escalated support tickets within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in delivering cloud-focused IT projects.
• Azure architecture, design, and security knowledge.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016+, O365, SharePoint, Exchange.
• Scripting and automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Understanding of firewall, VPN, and secure service edge.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate tech deliverables.

They have undergone a significant digital transformation journey and looking for someone to join the team, working across high level BAU and projects. They\'re investing heavily in modern cloud infrastructure with Azure and need someone to manage this transition.

• Working across projects, systems maintenance, and support
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve IT service delivery and system availability
• Leading infrastructure upgrades and Azure-based deployments
