Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Architect in London with travel. The role leads teams to design, implement and govern hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure, delivering end-to-end cloud transformations for large enterprise clients.

You will architect, provision, configure, manage and migrate platforms across on-premise and cloud environments, while staying current with market offerings. Strong experience in infrastructure design, cloud services and security is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead in teams to architect, engineer, operate and govern on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Develop and deliver strategies and solutions – including architecting, provisioning, configuring, managing, migrating and automating platforms on premise and in the cloud.
• Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.
• Proven success working in infrastructure architecture, engineering and delivery teams.
• Infrastructure design, build and management experience (datacenter, networks, compute, storage).
• Cloud migrations, operations and lifecycle management.
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Cloud and infrastructure security & resilience (DR, HA, backup & recovery).
• Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Container platforms (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKS).
• Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
