Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join its global support team in the UK. You will troubleshoot Linux, cloud and datacentre environments, supporting cutting-edge GPU and HPC hardware and software.

Training will be provided as you help deliver robust infrastructure for AI workflows. You will collaborate with engineers to improve cloud platform reliability while expanding expertise in InfiniBand, parallel storage and large-scale GPU systems across enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills essential.
• Experience with HPC, AI or GPU tech is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Knowledge of Linux, cloud and data centre environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support across our cloud platform and HPC infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex Linux, cloud and datacentre environments.
• Develop expertise in AI technologies, InfiniBand, parallel storage and large-scale GPU systems.
