Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain email automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.
• Design scalable architectures integrating with AWS/Azure cloud platforms for high availability.
• Manage SQL and NoSQL databases to support dynamic content personalization and analytics.
• Optimize deliverability with proper DNS, firewalls, and security practices.
• Integrate email systems with Salesforce and other enterprise services via REST/SOAP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline updates and ensure reliability.
• Monitor systems with virtualization and container tech (VMware, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Enforce information security standards across networks and systems.
• Debug complex scripts and document procedures for maintenance.
