Job summary

Searchability NS&D is hiring a Cloud Architect with active Enhanced DV clearance to join our Cheltenham-based team delivering cloud-native architectures for National Security projects. In this role you will lead hands-on cloud design and delivery across AWS, microservices, and open-source frameworks.

You will engage stakeholders, apply TOGAF/SAFe architectural practices, and drive secure, scalable outcomes for mission-critical systems. Cheltenham or commuting distance preferred.

Qualifications

• Active enhanced DV clearance is essential.
• Hands-on cloud architect with delivery experience.
• Experience delivering AWS cloud-native solutions and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions for National Security clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture and governance using TOGAF/SAFe principles.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures for critical missions.

THE CLOUD ARCHITECT

• Active enhanced DV clearance.


• Cheltanham based, or able to commute to Cheltenham.


• Experience as a hands-on cloud architect

CLOUD ARCHITECT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Expertise in delivering AWS Cloud native solutions


• Background in Open-source technologies and frameworks


• Experience with micro-service based architectures


• Experience working with structured architecture approaches (TOGAF or SAFe)


• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
