Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking an experienced Cloud & AI System Engineer to join our high‑performance IT Infrastructure team in Bicester. You will design, deploy and maintain hybrid infrastructure services across cloud and on‑premise environments and implement automation using Terraform and Ansible.

The role requires hands‑on Azure and AWS experience, Kubernetes operations, and strong security and governance knowledge for AI‑enabled services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in hybrid cloud infrastructure and on‑premises system engineering.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365, including secure design and troubleshooting.
• Strong IaC, automation, CI/CD, monitoring and logging knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms and secrets management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection and compliance for cloud/AI services.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication; motorsport/fast-paced tech environment an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & AI System Engineer to join our high-performance IT Infrastructure team.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, Bicester, UK.

Deine Aufgabe

• Design, deploy andmaintainsecure hybrid infrastructure services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365,IAM/IDP,cloud-native platforms, datacentre systems and localon-premiseenvironments at all company locations.
• Implement automation and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible,scriptingand CI/CD practices to improve reliability and repeatability.
• Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes, container platforms, integration services, monitoring, logging,secretsmanagement and related platform components.
• Support the introduction and operation of approved AI platforms and AI-enabled IT services in line with company governance, cybersecurity, dataprotectionand compliance requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents,optimiseresource usage across hybrid cloud andon-premiseplatforms, and contribute to operational support including documentation and on-call readiness where required.

Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Engineeringor equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive xperience in hybrid cloud infrastructure,on-premisesystem engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or related IT operations roles.
• Practical experience with Azure,AWSand Microsoft 365 services, including secure design, deployment,administrationand troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge ofinfrastructureas code, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, networking,virtualisation, storage, backup, WindowsServerand Linux system administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms,secretsmanagement, Kafka or ELK/Elastic-based monitoring and logging platforms.
• Understanding ofcybersecurity, access management, data protection and compliance requirements for cloud and AI-enabled services.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, automotive, manufacturing or other fast-paced technical environments.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, MLOps concepts, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI services, data platforms or enterprise AI governance processes.
• Experience in cloud managed endpoint management.
