Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking an experienced Cloud & AI Systems Engineer to join our high-performance IT Infrastructure team at the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester. The role focuses on designing and operating secure hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-prem environments, including AI platforms, with automation and CI/CD at the core.

Ideal candidates have strong DevOps experience, IaC skills, and deep knowledge of Kubernetes and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in hybrid cloud infrastructure and on-premises system engineering.
• Practical experience with Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365 services, including secure design and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain secure hybrid infrastructure services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, IAM/IDP, cloud-native platforms, datacentre systems and on-premises environments.
• Implement automation and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, scripting and CI/CD practices.
• Operate and continuously improve Kubernetes and container platforms, monitoring, logging, and related components.
• Support AI platforms and AI-enabled IT services in line with governance, cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, optimise resource usage across hybrid and on-premise platforms, and contribute to documentation and on-call readiness.

Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Engineeringor equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive xperience in hybrid cloud infrastructure,on-premisesystem engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or related IT operations roles.
• Practical experience with Azure,AWSand Microsoft 365 services, including secure design, deployment,administrationand troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge ofinfrastructureas code, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, networking,virtualisation, storage, backup, WindowsServerand Linux system administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms,secretsmanagement, Kafka or ELK/Elastic-based monitoring and logging platforms.
• Understanding ofcybersecurity, access management, data protection and compliance requirements for cloud and AI-enabled services.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, automotive, manufacturing or other fast-paced technical environments.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, MLOps concepts, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI services, data platforms or enterprise AI governance processes.
• Experience in cloud managed endpoint management.
