Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a strategic product leader to develop and drive Microsoft-focused offerings, shaping go-to-market direction and coordinating with Microsoft stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions.

You will lead from market analysis through to launch, aligning with cloud, AI, security and modern workplace priorities, while collaborating with sales, marketing and delivery teams to accelerate growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within technology, cloud services or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, Data & AI).
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into commercially successful products or services.

Responsibilities

• Research customer needs, market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new Microsoft-focused solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of solution offerings aligned to Microsoft's priorities.
• Own end-to-end development of new Microsoft offers from concept to launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and Centres of Excellence to design scalable, repeatable services.
• Define standardised service packages with scope, deliverables, methodologies, pricing and models.
• Create value propositions and messaging that articulate customer benefits and differentiation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
• Coordinate with marketing to deliver campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Monitor performance and refine offerings to maximise adoption and revenue.
