Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the title industry or related field preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with closing officers, title department, and vendors for required 3rd party verifications.
• Prepare title commitment and title policies in accordance with underwriting requirements.
• Maintain understanding of Quality Control procedures and corporate policies.
• Verify receipt of all funds necessary for disbursement and ensure case funds balance.
• Issue and deliver checks in a timely manner and allocate settlement fees.
