• Must hold either an Assessors award and/or a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Must have Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training.
• Driving licence and a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards Close Protection qualifications.
• Deliver engaging training and support learners.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

• Must holdeither anAssessorsaward (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)AND/ORa Level 3 Teaching qualification.
• Must hold all of the following qualifications: Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training; Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention for Close Protection Officers; L3 Close Protection Physical Intervention.
• Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
• Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
• Holdsolid occupational experience within Close Protection.
• Driving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners working towards Close Protection qualifications up to Level 3.
• Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
