Job summary

Anonymous, a leading global private markets investment firm, is seeking a CLO Analyst in London. You will underwrite investments via fundamental credit research for CLO and Liquid Credit, applying SWOT analysis and detailed financial modelling to support investment decisions.

The role covers existing issuers and new primary issuance, with ongoing monitoring and IC updates. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in credit analysis, strong knowledge of credit instruments, and proficiency in Excel and

Qualifications

3-7 years’ experience in credit analysis or related fields.
Strong grounding in credit instruments (leveraged loans, high yield).
Experience with financial reporting, due diligence and downside modelling.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to conduct sector and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Underwrite investments via fundamental credit research for CLO and Liquid Credit.
Use SWOT and financial modelling to support investment decisions.
Assess risk, market fundamentals, and downside cases for new issuance.
Review financial, commercial and legal due diligence.
Conduct sector analysis on competitors, market environment and growth.
Analyse legal docs for weaknesses as part of the process.
Cover both existing issuers and new primary issuance.
Track investments and flag issues; provide IC updates and buy/sell/hold views.
Collaborate with ESG team to consider sustainability criteria.
