Qualifications

• 3–8 years experience within Leveraged Finance, CLOs, Structured Credit or Credit Investing.
• Experience at a CLO manager, credit fund, investment bank, rating agency, or alternative asset manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of Leveraged Loans, Credit Markets, and CLO structures.
• Degree-level education in finance, economics, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investment Research & Credit Analysis; conduct credit analysis and investment research on leveraged loan opportunities, supporting portfolio management and investment decisions.
• CLO Portfolio Management & Surveillance; support CLO portfolio management through portfolio monitoring, compliance oversight, reporting, stress testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Platform Development & Infrastructure; support CLO platform development through process enhancement, systems implementation, compliance, reporting, and operational initiatives.
