Job summary

A leading healthcare organization based in Manchester is seeking a Clinical Trials Income Administrator. The successful candidate will maintain and develop processes to ensure the timely recovery of invoiced trial activity. Responsibilities include analyzing trial income queries, producing monthly finance summaries, and assisting in training sessions. Candidates should have relevant accounting experience, particularly in NHS finance. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £27,485 to £30,162 per annum and is a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS finance or finance generally.
• Experience and expertise in accounting areas like reconciliation and coding structures.
• Understanding of the NHS R&I funding system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring income due to the Trust is recovered in relation to trial activity.
• Maintain and update the procedure note portfolio for the Income and Costing Team.
• Lead on the resolution of escalated Integra Invoice approvals.
