Job summary

EMS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Lead to support the Principal Investigator team across community-based sites in the Northwest. You will help drive trial delivery, ensure participant safety, maintain data integrity, and uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with GMC registration and license to practice.
• 1–3 years of clinical trials or research experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and protocol adherence.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Support PI team in executing clinical trials, ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Act as PI for designated trials under senior PI guidance.
• Assist with staff competency checks and training records.
• Participate in feasibility assessments and protocol reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and sponsor protocols; support audits.
