Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Life Sciences or similar.
  • Experience in managing complex contracts of high value.
  • Comfortable using a variety of software packages.
  • Substantial experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Significant experience in managing clients and external B2B stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update contracts including Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Develop high-level project timelines and work with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Update Payment Schedule Calculator monthly for financial management.
  • Track project-related costs and liaise with finance for invoices.
  • Manage external vendor contracts and maintain oversight of study progress.
