Job summary

A healthcare organization in Coventry is seeking an individual for administrative and data management support within the clinical research team. You will assist Research Nurses in data collection, maintain study files, arrange appointments, and compile reports. Are you looking for a new challenge working within the clinical research environment? If so you may be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data management support for a range of research activities within the R&D Department Clinical Teams.
  • Assist the established Research Nurses and Practitioners with collecting, collating and submitting trial data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain study files and documentation, arrange appointments with patients, obtain test results and medical records, and compile reports on trial progress.
  • Carry out other related duties that support the delivery of research studies.
Qualifications
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and previous experience working with NHS computer systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Self‑motivated, flexible and a strong communicator.
