Job summary

Boots is seeking a Clinical Trials Analytics Manager to join its Data Science & Analytics team. You will work with Life Sciences and Clinical Trials to deliver insights from Boots' rich patient data, supporting trial strategies and biopharmaceutical requests.

The role requires translating business questions into scalable analytics, communicating findings to diverse audiences, and driving proactive career development within a collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Clinical Trials Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clinical trials proposition. You’ll work closely with our Life Sciences and Clinical Trials team, leveraging Boots’ extensive patient data to deliver insights that support biopharmaceutical requests and improve trial strategies. Your analytical skills will help identify target audiences, optimise campaign performance, and present compelling findings to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a numerate, logical individual who is curious about customer data and passionate about creating actionable insights. You should have:

• A relevant degree or experience with strong quantitative elements (e.g., Maths, Physics, Psychology).
