Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Trial Committee Manager to oversee end-to-end governance for IDMC, Safety Review, Adjudication, and other committees across clinical trials. You will coordinate sponsors, committee members, and PSI teams to ensure compliant, high-quality results throughout the trial lifecycle.

The role requires a Life Sciences or related degree and at least 3 years in clinical research, preferably in a CRO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably within a CRO.
  • Experience managing or coordinating clinical trial committees or similar governance processes.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with sponsors, external experts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meetings platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of clinical trial committees from setup to close-out.
  • Coordinating meetings, communications, recommendations, and follow-ups.
  • Developing and updating committee charters, procedures, and trial documents.
  • Identifying and engaging qualified external committee members based on criteria.
  • Performing Fair Market Value assessments and preparing honorarium estimates.
  • Supporting audits and inspections related to committee management activities.
  • Contributing to quality documentation, processes, templates, and training materials.
  • Supporting internal training on committee management processes.
