About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Treatment & Quality Lead to join our senior management team and shape the future of treatment quality at Open Road. This role leads on clinical governance, psychosocial model development, and quality improvement across all Open Road services. You’ll ensure our interventions are consistent, safe, recovery-focused, and evidence-based — empowering staff to deliver the very best support to our clients. Working closely with managers, practitioners and partners, you’ll drive continuous improvement and innovation across our services.

About You

You’ll bring senior‑level experience in treatment delivery and quality assurance, with:

  • Significant experience in psychosocial treatment or mental health/substance misuse services.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, audit, and incident review.
  • Ability to translate evidence and learning into practical service improvements.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to lead change across teams.
  • Commitment to person‑centred, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑focused practice.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. psychology, counselling, social work, or health/social care) is essential, along with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for quality and improvement.
  • Experience in the voluntary, health or public sector — and an understanding of the power of lived experience and co‑production — would be an advantage.
Why Join Open Road?
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday.
  • Health & wellbeing app with GP services, e‑gym and mental health support.
  • Royal London pension & death‑in‑service benefit.
  • Tailored training and development opportunities.
  • A supportive, values‑driven team where your work truly changes lives.
