A regional healthcare trust in Clayton Brook is seeking a Clinical Training Manager to lead the development of clinical training programs. In this role, you will implement evidence-based training, support clinical trainers, and enhance educational frameworks to elevate physical health education across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a registered healthcare practitioner with a strong background in clinical education and a passion for developing others.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of physical health, resuscitation, clinical skills, and simulation training across LSCFT.
In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of clinical education by designing and implementing evidence-based training programmes that reflect both national standards and local priorities. You'll also review and enhance existing training packages and competencies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
As part of the Clinical Education Team, you'll lead and support a dedicated group of clinical trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding high-quality physical health education and competency frameworks across the Trust.
