The role will include, but not be limited to, day‑to‑day leadership within the team, supervision, monitoring of KPIs, talent management and service development.

We are looking for someone with a professional registration in nursing, occupational therapy or social work, ideally with at least 2 years of Band 6 or similar experience, including experience of leadership in a previous role.

  • Be passionate about continuing to improve CAMHS services.
  • Be a driven, enthusiastic and forward‑thinking leader.
  • Have experience working in a senior clinical position within health and/or care.
  • Have experience of working with clinicians to achieve service improvement.
  • Have a range of experience leading projects or other clinically based initiatives that have contributed to delivering innovative and high quality services.
  • Hold a relevant professional registration.
