A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Community Intensive Support Team. The role involves leading clinical operations, providing direct support to young people with complex mental health needs, and promoting a responsive service. The Children and Young People’s Mental Health Community Intensive Support Team (RAIST) aims to transform the way in which crisis care is experienced by children, young people (CYP) and those who care for them by developing a service which is child-centred, needs-led, responsive, accessible and flexible. The post holder will be responsible for promoting positive attitudes towards young people with complex mental health needs and for maintaining a responsive and non-stigmatising service, which will enhance social inclusion, support recovery and deliver better outcomes. An exciting opportunity has arisen to secure a leadership role within Children and Young People’s Mental Health Community Intensive Support Team, which will provide intensive community-based and acute setting support and interventions for young people and their families.
The hours of operation for the service will be variable and will require unsociable hours working that will be across 7 days per week. Positions available in The Bay and Central & West locality.
