You will provide professional supervision and ensure high-quality care for clients with mental health conditions. Leadership experience and a full UK driving license are essential for this role, which demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the Community Mental Health Team for the Elderly including professional/clinical supervision and deployment of staff. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as a lone worker working within a variety of settings within the community. You should be able to provide evidence or personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.

You will have experience working as a qualified registered nurse and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for a variety of client groups with Mental Health conditions in the community setting.
