Are you a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join our Primary Health Care team across APMS and CHPL for the next 12 months. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive care to our diverse patient population.
