• Assist Lead Applications Support Analyst with performance reports.
• Provide advice to departmental managers and share knowledge.

Skills

Experience with user support

Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word

Experience working within the NHS

Knowledge in configuration & application management of clinical systems

Education

Degree/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent knowledge

English and Maths qualifications
