Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking Senior Clinical Support Workers to join the Leeds Chest clinic and Bronchoscopy teams at LGI and St James sites. You will deliver safe, compassionate patient care within a multi-professional team and support initiative to improve performance.

Applicants should have NVQ3 Health and Social Care or Diploma Health Level 3, strong maths and English at Level 2, and be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

jobholder will assist in the overall implementation and evaluation of care as part of the multi professional team. The jobholder is expected to plan, implement, deliver and maintain high standards of patient care. The jobholder will be skilled in taking appropriate action(s) and acting on own initiative to achieve the planned outcome. The jobholder will contribute to the maintenance of an environment for effective care. The jobholder will be expected to work at the Leeds Chest clinic at the LGI site and also in Bronchoscopy at the St James site. The jobholder will be expected to practice in accordance within Trust policies, guidelines, standards and statutory requirements and operate within defined competency boundaries.
