Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a caring Clinical Support Worker to join Ward 44 on King's Mill Hospital's respiratory ward. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patients, provide emotional support, and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a fast-paced MDT setting.

The role supports nursing and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compassionate service across our NHS foundation trust, recognised for outstanding care in the East Midlands.

Are you passionate about patient care and looking to make a real difference?

Ward 44 at King's Mill Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support worker to join our busy respiratory ward.

Ward 44 consists of 24 beds, including 3 bays and 12 en suite rooms. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside an established and excellent Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes patient-centred care. We strive to provide the highest standard of care to our patients, many of whom are undergoing treatment for respiratory conditions.

As a Clinical Support worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring patients, providing emotional support and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with nursing and medical staff to ensure all patients' needs are met efficiently and empathetically.
