Job summary

A prominent healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include implementing individualised care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining patient records. Qualifications

  • Education to GCSE level Grade 5 in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Care certificate and/or equivalent health care experience.
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in care/health and social care.
  • Some previous experience in a nursing/care assistant role.

Responsibilities

  • Implement care for patients as defined by the individualised care plan.
  • Provide a high standard of direct care for patients.
  • Collaborate with other staff working within the unit.
  • Document and sign all care interventions provided.
  • Ensure the patients are involved in the decision making process.

Good organisational skills
Basic IT and computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills

Education
